  • Love this car

By Sue on Tuesday, November 15, 2016

I ordered this car brand new so have been the only owner. I love this car and am having a very difficult time find a good replacement. Even as old as it is, it has been garage kept and taken good care of. It still handles and runs great. The mileage is causing me to go car shopping. I will be so sad to see this car go.
  • A Great Car

    By K on Saturday, February 29, 2020

I got the car in 2018 from my grandmother who had bought the car new in Nov. 1996. She kept the car in the garage and the bright red paint looks as good as new to this day, even though I now have to keep the vehicle parked outside. I’ve always loved the looks of the car, as I feel it stands out against other cars from the 90s and the sporty styling stands up to many cars coming out to this day. Haven’t had any major issues with it other than having to replace the radiator twice and needing the gear shift wires replaced. As well, have had multiple issues with the windows. The left side window regulator/ motor was replaced a few years ago, but not the passenger side (and they don’t make the part anymore.) So, I can’t use the passenger window. But, overall the car has always been reliable, starts on the first try and definitely has some power to it. The 3800 V6 engines in these were made very well. The car gets about 25 mpg, is very comfortable and handles corners very well, and I really like the red lighting in the interior. I plan to drive this thing until hopefully at least 200k miles. Only other complaint I have is that the cup holders were really designed poorly.
  • I wish they still make them!

My car is very dependable and I would recommend this car to anyone. I would love to but another one but Pontiac is no longer made.
